If any of your picks turn out to be slow movers, we don’t make you eat them — we credit you and swap them.
A product counts as a “slow mover” if it sells fewer than 2 units in the 90 days. If, after 90 days, slow movers turn up — up to the cap for your section size — your dedicated rep credits you the wholesale cost of those SKUs and applies it to replacement top-sellers on your next order, chosen with you.
How many SKUs we back, by section:
- 4 ft (Minimum) — up to 6 SKUs
- 6 ft (Full) — up to 8 SKUs
- 8 ft (Power) — up to 10 SKUs
The details, right here so there are no surprises: “slow mover” = a SKU that sold fewer than 2 units in the 90-day window. The credit covers up to the SKU cap for your section size, is based on wholesale cost (not retail), is applied to your next order as account credit (not paid in cash), and is for replacement products chosen with your rep (not a refund on the originals). Available once per section, claimed within 30 days after day 90, on sections set and kept as shipped. Credit must be used on your next order, placed within 60 days of issue.
